Role

TG Therapeutics is seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented professional to support both Corporate Communications and Investor Relations initiatives. This individual will play an important role in helping execute strategic communications programs, supporting investor‑facing activities, and ensuring consistent messaging across internal and external stakeholders. This candidate should have strong computer skills and be comfortable working with platforms that will help us monitor both our corporate messaging and investor market intelligence and should understand company modeling.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with exceptional organizational skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced public company environment. This role offers the opportunity to gain broad exposure to corporate strategy, executive communications, investor engagement, and commercial‑stage biotechnology operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of corporate communications initiatives, including press releases, corporate presentations, internal communications, and social media content.
  • Assist in preparing materials for quarterly earnings calls, investor conferences, analyst and investor meetings, and other investor‑related activities.
  • Assist with the management of analyst modeling
  • Coordinate logistics and communications for investor conferences, events, NDRS etc.
  • Maintain and update corporate communications materials, including website content, fact sheets and executive biographies
  • Help monitor industry news, analyst coverage, competitive activity, and market trends relevant to TG Therapeutics.
  • Assist in managing communication calendars, timelines, approvals, and project coordination.
Professional Experience / Qualifications
  • Approximately 5 or more years of relevant professional experience in corporate communications, investor relations, public relations, healthcare communications, finance, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, agency, or public company environments is a plus.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
  • Professional maturity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint and Excel), Outlook, and shared‑drive systems (OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Experience supporting executive communications, investor relations, public relations, or corporate communications activities preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn and manage multiple industry monitoring platforms
  • Interest in biotechnology, healthcare, life sciences, or financial communications strongly preferred.
  • Self‑starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of projects.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, Finance, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
