Job summary

SurgeU, a mission-driven parent company overseeing Life Surge, seeks an Investor Relations Associate in New York, full-time, in-person. You will be the first contact for information about our investment offerings and deliver approved, timely responses to inquiries.

Maintain accurate CRM records, coordinate meetings, and escalate complex questions to Legal/Compliance while supporting investor events and communications. You are precise, reliable, and client-focused.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in customer service or investor relations roles.
• Strong phone and written communication skills.
• Experience communicating with accredited or high-net-worth individuals is a plus.
• Proficient with CRM systems and data entry.
• Well-organized with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for information about investment offerings.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and text in a timely manner.
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars with approved materials.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of contacts, notes, and next steps.
• Escalate investment-specific questions to Legal/Compliance or appropriate staff.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Legal/Compliance, and Operations to maintain brand standards.
