Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in investor relations, business development, client service, fund administration, wealth management, or related field.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and other business applications.
• Experience working with clients, investors, or external partners.
• Familiarity with alternative investments, investment funds, insurance products, or wealth management is preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of projects and responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Support business development initiatives, prospecting efforts, and new business opportunities.
• Assist with client onboarding and coordinate activities across legal, compliance, operations, and accounting teams.
• Maintain CRM databases and prepare pipeline, relationship management, and business development reports.
• Draft and distribute client-facing communications, presentations, meeting materials, and investor updates.
• Coordinate client meetings and other business development activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines and cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Identify process improvements and support operational efficiencies across client-facing workflows.
