Job summary

ALM First seeks an Associate, Investor Relations in Dallas to support the firm’s non-core investment services and client-facing initiatives. You will coordinate day-to-day account activities, prepare client-ready materials, and partner with sales, investment, analytics, marketing, and compliance teams.

The role requires detail orientation, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Zero to three years of experience in financial services, client service, or sales support is typical.
• Familiarity with investment products, client reporting, or sales support materials is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding and ongoing service activities, including documentation and coordination with internal teams.
• Prepare and customize recurring and ad hoc client reports, performance materials, and decks.
• Create and maintain sales and business development materials, including pitchbooks and proposals.
• Maintain internal templates, reports, and materials for branding and compliance alignment.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client deliverables.
• Support client meetings, calls, webinars, and prospect interactions with prepared materials.
