You will own the investor CRM (DealCloud), produce leadership-ready reports, and manage relationships with CRM providers while targeting institutional investors aligned with fundraising strategies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of work experience in a financial role, preferably real estate or fixed income related.

• Ability to generate insights, identify emerging themes, and translate data into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own accountability for the investor CRM system (DealCloud), maintaining data integrity and optimizing workflows.
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports for senior leadership, including insights and projected capital inflows.
• Manage relationships with DealCloud representatives.
• Identify and manage lists of prospective institutional investors aligned with the firm’s fundraising strategies.
• Develop customized approaches for prospective investors based on their investment mandates and portfolio allocations.
• Design and execute outreach strategies to convert cold prospects into active pipeline opportunities.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of peer investment firms and track their fundraising cycles and product launches.
• Synthesize industry reports to identify emerging trends and actionable strategies.
• Identify areas where competitors are succeeding or failing to inform firm strategy and fundraising approach.
