Atlas Search is partnering with an established real estate private credit firm to hire an Investor Relations Associate focused on investor outreach. This role suits someone who loves talking to people, wants to be on the phone, and wants to be paid for results.

Hundreds of prospective investors have already contacted the firm through its newsletter and conferences, and 20 to 30 more come in every month. Your job is to follow up with them, find out who is a serious fit, and pass those investors

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders over the phone.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to following up leads.
• Comfort with CRM systems and keeping records up to date.

Responsibilities

• Work through inbound investor leads by phone every day.
• Qualify prospects and pass strong ones to senior leadership.
• Build relationships and move conversations forward without warm introductions.
• Keep the CRM up to date so nothing slips through the cracks.
