Position Description:

We are looking for an Associate for our team focused on serving medical technology companies.

In this role, you will gather and synthesize large volumes of financial, clinical, and market data to produce client-ready deliverables that inform IPO readiness, capital raising strategy, investor communications, and competitive positioning.

This role involves collecting and analyzing large volumes of data from diverse sources, synthesizing findings into actionable insights, and producing high-quality, client-facing deliverables. The ideal candidate has strong research and critical thinking skills, exceptional storytelling ability, and is proficient in data visualization and business writing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct primary and secondary research to gather qualitative and quantitative data across industries, markets, competitors, or internal operations.
• Aggregate and verify data from internal databases, third-party sources, and client-provided materials.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex datasets.
• Translate data into meaningful narratives that support client objectives or business strategy.
• Develop frameworks to organize large volumes of information logically and accessibly.
• Design and produce clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations, executive summaries, dashboards, and briefing documents.
• Create visualizations (charts, graphs, infographics) that enhance the clarity and impact of information.
• Ensure deliverables are polished, brand-aligned, and client-ready.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree, preferably with a focus on Business, Communications, Finance or related field
• 1+ years of work experience preferred; recent graduates with compelling internship experience in research, consulting, business analysis, or a similar role will also be considered
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Handle simultaneous timelines, client coordination, and key stakeholder needs
• Comfortable working with a diverse range of personalities and corporate cultures
• Ability to interact with client senior level management teams as well as work collaboratively with senior partners in remote offices.
• Excellent written, editing, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Canva, etc.) a plus.
• Strong proficiency leveraging AI tools for business
• Interest in finance, Wall Street, and/or the health care industry desirable
