Overland Group is a vertically integrated real estate development company and licensed general contractor headquartered in Lehi, Utah, with an additional office in Phoenix, Arizona. Our culture is defined by three core values: Grit, Team-Player, and Ownership. We put our people, partners, and investors first. These values shape how we operate, how we make decisions, and how we build long-term partnerships.
Our vision is to create and build exceptional real estate projects that elevate communities, enrich lives, and deliver lasting value. We pursue this vision by approaching every project with financial discipline, transparency, and a commitment to execution excellence.
Through integrated development and construction, we provide aligned execution from concept through completion—aligning objectives early, establishing a disciplined financial foundation, integrating the right teams, and executing through a structured process that protects project outcomes and capital performance. We primarily partner with growth-oriented real estate investors who provide capital for development projects and real estate developers seeking third-party construction services, executing $5M–$60M projects across multifamily, hospitality, retail, and self-storage.
The Investor Relations Associate is responsible for supporting Overland Group's capital formation efforts by identifying prospective investors, developing referral relationships, and generating investment opportunities for the company's real estate development projects. Working directly with the President, this role serves as a key contributor to Overland's growing private capital platform through proactive outreach, investor relationship development, and support of equity fundraising initiatives. Success in this position requires a high level of comfort with cold calling, cold emailing, networking, and consistently initiating conversations with new investors and referral sources to expand Overland's capital network.
This is a relationship-driven business development role focused on building trust and creating long-term investor relationships. The Investor Relations Associate will manage the investor pipeline, coordinate meetings and communications, and ensure prospective investors have a professional experience throughout the fundraising process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and persistent, with exceptional communication skills, confidence engaging senior executives and high-net-worth individuals, and the initiative to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
