Description

The office is relocating to Philadelphia, making the Radnor location relevant only through 2026 or first quarter of 2027. This is not a remote position; working in the office five days per week is required.

Livingston Street Capital, LLC ("LSC") is a dynamic, growing thematic real estate investment firm that identifies and scales situationally opportunistic investments focused on capital preservation, cash flow generation, and value appreciation. Since inception, the company has acquired and/or originated more than $1.4 billion in investments and currently manages more than $1.2 billion in assets. Its portfolio includes independent living, active adult, and multifamily investments structured as common and preferred equity. LSC also has a captive management company that manages many of its portfolio investments.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, Investor Coordinator Associate to support the firm’s investor relations activities while working closely with the Accounting, Acquisitions, and Asset Management teams. This role serves as a central point of coordination for all investor communications, onboarding, reporting, and administrative support throughout the investor lifecycle.

The Investor Coordinator Associate will play a critical role in creating an exceptional investor experience by ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communications while maintaining investor records and supporting investor activities. This individual will help facilitate new investor closings, coordinate investor onboarding, support marketing and investor events industry conferences, and respond to inquiries from investors and their financial advisors.

This position is well suited for a recent college graduate with a degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field who thrives in a fast-paced private equity environment. Travel, extended works hours should be expected in this role. The Company will provide on the job training for the role.

Key Responsibilities:
Investor Relations & Communication
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for investor and financial advisor inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate communications between investors and internal departments, including Accounting, Asset Management, and Acquisitions.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute investor communications, including quarterly reports, distribution notices, tax documents, newsletters, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain professional relationships with investors while ensuring a consistently positive investor experience.
Investor Onboarding
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new investors.
  • Assist with subscription agreements, investor documentation, and due diligence requirements.
  • Track outstanding investor documentation and ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with investor onboarding procedures and documentation standards.
CRM & Investor Data Management
  • Maintain and continuously improve the firm's investor database/system.
  • Ensure investor records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
  • Generate investor reports, mailing lists, and data for internal management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive investor information.
Marketing & Event Coordination
  • Coordinate investor roadshows, educational seminars, webinars, and appreciation events.
  • Assist with logistics for conferences, industry events, and investor meetings.
  • Coordinate meeting materials, presentations, agendas, travel arrangements, and follow-up communications.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of investor marketing materials.
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Coordinate internal workflows between Accounting, Asset Management, and Acquisitions.
  • Assist with special projects supporting investor engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and investor service.
  • Support senior leadership with investor-related administrative activities as assigned.
Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business administration, or related field required.
  • Demonstrated academic success (GPA 3.5 or higher) and balancing extracurricular or work while in school is crucial
Preferred Experience
  • 0–3 years of professional experience in financial services, real estate, private equity, investor relations, banking, or professional services preferred.
  • Internship experience in finance, commercial real estate, accounting, or investment management is a plus.
