  • Help produce investor marketing materials using research, financial data, and compelling visualizations.
Investor Data & CRM
  • Own and maintain investor records across CRM and fund administration systems.
  • Manage investor portal content, ensuring statements, tax documents, and account information remain accurate and current.
  • Generate reports and analytics for leadership, finance, and investor relations initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting capabilities, and operational processes.
Investor Reporting & Fund Operations

  • Work alongside external fund administrators to ensure reporting accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Maintain reporting calendars, templates, and internal controls.
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests from investors, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
  • 1–4 years of experience in investor relations, fund administration, financial operations, private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, investment banking, or a related financial services environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive financial information.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with CRM or investor reporting platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamo, Juniper Square, Wealthblock, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring deadlines.
  • A process-oriented mindset with a desire to improve systems and create operational efficiencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
