Job summary

A Denver-based, multi-billion dollar investment management firm is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join its team. This early-career role blends investor relations, operations, data management, and client service to support fundraising initiatives and investor reporting.

You will help with CRM management, onboarding, AML/KYC, and the preparation of investor materials and presentations, collaborating with senior leadership and external service providers.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in investor relations, fund administration, or related financial services.
• Strong attention to detail with sensitive financial information.
• Advanced Excel and CRM/investor reporting experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for routine investor inquiries.
• Support onboarding, AML/KYC, and ongoing account maintenance.
• Create investor communications, campaigns, and presentation materials.
• Produce investor materials using research, data, and visuals.
