This individual will play a key role in quarterly investor reporting, portfolio company reporting, and ongoing investor communications. The position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, investor deliverables, and complex reporting processes, and wants to build a long-term career at the intersection of investor relations, finance, and operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and accounting-oriented mindset, enjoy preparing LP reports, DDQs, RFPs, and investor reporting packages, and be interested in building a long-term career focused on investor reporting, operations, and investor support rather than fundraising or business development. They will thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy partnering across finance and investor relations teams, and demonstrate the intellectual curiosity, accountability, and judgment necessary to take ownership of key reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the CFO, Investor Relations team, and other internal stakeholders on recurring reporting initiatives.
  • Assist with investor requests, ad hoc analyses, and due diligence inquiries.
  • Contribute to the preparation of DDQs, RFPs, consultant questionnaires, pitchbooks, and investor communications.
  • Help improve reporting processes, internal controls, and operational efficiencies across the investor reporting function.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of professional experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Exposure to private equity, private credit, alternative investments, asset management, investment management, or real estate is highly preferred but not required.
