Job summary

Allison Transmission is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to organize and execute IR activities, supporting communication of business strategy and financial results to investors. The Analyst will work closely with the Manager/Director, Investor Relations and the Executive Director of Treasury and Investor Relations to develop a comprehensive IR program.

The role requires cross-functional coordination with Legal, Financial Reporting, Accounting, Marketing and Sales, delivering timely

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of financial analysis experience with investor relations exposure.
• Knowledge of investor relations practices or capital markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and conveying an investment story via earnings calls and investor materials.
• Foster relationships with investors, sell-side analysts and vendor partners.
• Contribute to shareholder targeting and investor outreach strategies.
• Monitor data and prepare reports impacting company and industry trends.
• Update analyst consensus models and support internal forecasts.
• Coordinate investor meetings, webcasts and related logistics.
• Maintain IR website and calendar; support external communications alignment.
• Provide ad-hoc assignments as needed.
