Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in Accounting, Finance, Equity Research or Investor Relations with publicly traded companies.
• Commercial real estate experience preferred.
• Strong business writing and attention to detail.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with InDesign, Active Disclosure, FactSet and S&P Capital IQ preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, accurate and able to meet deadlines with high quality work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review investor presentations and quarterly earnings calls.
• Maintain current investor relations websites and internal pages.
• Analyze earnings, peer results, NAV models, and portfolio fundamentals.
• Support quarterly supplements, board reporting, and portfolio demographics.
• Report on institutional shareholder activity and assist in annual reports and proxy statements.
• Respond to analyst and investor inquiries and assist with shareholder outreach.
