Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years in Accounting, Finance, Equity Research or IR.
• CPA preferred; Commercial real estate experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint; business writing with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, accurate, thorough; meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or detail review of investor presentations and quarterly earnings calls.
• Maintain investor relations website and internal page.
• Analyze earnings, peer results, NAV models, and operating fundamentals.
• Prepare quarterly financial supplement, board reporting, portfolio demographics.
• Report on institutional shareholder activity.
• Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis.
• Prepare Annual Reports, Proxy Statement, and Annual Shareholder Meeting.
• Respond to analyst and investor inquiries.
• Prepare and review company press releases.
• Engage in shareholder outreach activities.
• Assist with ad hoc assignments.
