Job summary

Kimco-Realty-Corporation is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to perform financial modeling and create materials for investor presentations. You will prepare and review quarterly earnings communications, NAV and earnings models, and portfolio analysis.

The role supports public company IR activities, board reporting, annual reports, and shareholder outreach, requiring 2+ years in accounting/finance/IR, strong writing and presentation skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years experience in Accounting, Finance, Equity Research or Investor Relations in public companies.
• Commercial Real Estate experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.
• Proactive, organized, accurate, and able to meet deadlines with high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or detail review of investor presentations and quarterly earnings calls.
• Ensure investor relations public website and internal pages are current and relevant.
• Analyze earnings, peer results, NAV models, and portfolio fundamentals; provide insights.
• Prepare quarterly financial supplements, board reporting packages, and portfolio demographics files.
• Report on institutional shareholder activity and respond to analyst inquiries.
• Support G&A budgeting/forecasting and annual reports, proxy statements, and shareholder engagement activities.
