Job summary

Edison International is seeking an Investor Relations Financial Analyst to analyze financial and market information, develop investor-facing communications, and support engagement with investors and analysts. The role reports to the Vice President and Principal Manager of Investor Relations and focuses on turning complex data into clear insights for senior management and the investment community.

Qualifications

Three or more years of experience in financial planning, modeling and/or forecasting.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, accounting, engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Prepare and revise financial analyses and presentations for management decisions.
Build short- and long-term financial models to analyze data.
Support analysis of investments, mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
Provide forward-looking financial assessments to guide value-optimizing decisions.
Identify and manage financial risk with controls and mitigations.
Support monthly forecasts and annual budgets with variance analysis.
Develop forecasting tools to automate financial data analysis.
Protect company data and ensure cybersecurity and privacy.
