Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 1+ years in client services, investor services, fund operations, transfer agency, or fund administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for investor inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Oversee third-party transfer agent to ensure accurate, timely investor transactions.
• Coordinate onboarding of new investors, tracking subscription documents and AML/KYC.
• Prepare and distribute quarterly and ad hoc client reports and statements.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations, Fund Accounting, Legal, and Compliance to support investor needs.
• Maintain accurate investor records and assist with account updates and transfers.
• Monitor service providers and help resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Assist with fund launches, reporting initiatives, and process improvement projects.
• Ensure high level of service throughout the investor lifecycle.

The team is seeking a Client Service Associate to support its private wealth platform where they will focus on managing client onboarding, overseeing the firm's transfer agent, preparing client reports, and responding to investor inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for investor inquiries and provide timely, professional responses.
• Oversee the firm's third-party transfer agent to ensure investor transactions are processed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate the onboarding of new investors, including tracking subscription documents and AML/KYC requirements.
• Prepare and distribute quarterly and ad hoc client reports, account statements, and investor communications.
• Work closely with Investor Relations, Fund Accounting, Legal, Compliance, and external service providers to support investor needs.
• Maintain accurate investor records and assist with account updates and transfers.
• Monitor service providers and help resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Assist with fund launches, reporting initiatives, and process improvement projects.
• Ensure a high level of service is provided throughout the investor lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in client services, investor services, fund operations, transfer agency, or fund administration.
• Experience working within an asset management, private equity, hedge fund, or private credit firm is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
