Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day middle office operations across a diverse portfolio.
• Coordinate onboarding of new funds, managers, and service providers.
• Prepare and distribute investor and portfolio reporting with accuracy.
• Monitor capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, and redemptions.
• Reconcile investment activity with fund admins, custodians, and managers.
• Assist cash management, transaction processing, and investment documentation.
• Identify workflow improvements and support reporting and systems projects.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Investment teams on initiatives.

Coda Search is partnering with a well-established family office seeking an Investment Operations Analyst to support investment operations across a diversified portfolio of alternative investments. This is a broad, hands-on role with exposure to investor reporting, fund onboarding, investment operations, and portfolio support. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background within private markets and enjoy working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilitie

• Support day-to-day middle office operations across a portfolio of alternative investments, including private equity, private credit, hedge funds, and real assets
• Coordinate the onboarding of new funds, investment managers, and service providers
• Prepare and distribute investor and portfolio reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Monitor capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, and redemptions while maintaining accurate investment records
• Reconcile investment activity and work closely with fund administrators, custodians, and external managers to resolve operational issues
• Assist with cash management, transaction processing, and investment documentationPartner with Accounting, Finance, and Investment teams to support reporting and operational initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes, and enhance operational control
• Support ad hoc projects related to portfolio management, reporting, and systems enhancement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in middle office, investment operations, fund operations, or portfolio operations within a family office, asset manager, fund administrator, or alternative investment firm
• Experience supporting alternative investments, including private equity, private credit, hedge funds, or real assets
• Strong understanding of fund structures, capital activity, and investment lifecycle even
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with investment accounting or portfolio management systems
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills with strong attention to deta
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
