Coda Search is partnering with a leading global asset management firm that invests across real estate, private equity, and private credit. As the firm continues to grow its global investor base, the team is seeking to add an Investor Relations Associate to support the Investor Relations and Client Formation function. In this role, the Associate will work closely with senior IR professionals to support fundraising initiatives across a diverse group of institutional investors. This position provides strong exposure to multiple asset classes and offers the opportunity to collaborate with investment teams on investor communications, reporting, and strategic engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with two senior fundraisers to support capital raising efforts and manage ongoing relationships with the firm's institutional investor base.
• Serve as a key point of contact for existing and prospective LPs, helping coordinate communications, investor requests, and relationship management activities.
• Prepare, maintain, and enhance investor-facing materials, including performance reports, portfolio updates, marketing presentations, quarterly letters, RFP responses, and DDQs.
• Conduct market intelligence, peer analysis, and competitor research to support fundraising initiatives, investor engagement strategies, and business development efforts.
• Maintain and update the firm's CRM system, ensuring investor interactions, pipeline activity, fundraising progress, and reporting are accurately tracked and documented.
• Assist in organizing investor meetings, annual meetings, roadshows, conferences, and ad hoc presentations for existing and prospective investors.
• Support fundraising efforts across multiple investment vehicles by tracking investor activity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in investor relations, client service, product marketing, or a related role within asset management, investment banking, or private markets.
• Familiarity with institutional investors and investment strategies across real estate, private equity, or private credit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
