Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Corporate Governance Litigation Associate to join a firm team in New York, NY, Wilmington, DE, or Los Angeles, CA. This full-time, hybrid role represents investors to pursue governance reforms at public companies, enhancing market transparency and accountability.

You will represent investors in complex stockholder and corporate governance litigation, address issues such as self-dealing and executive compensation, and work toward enforcing fiduciary duties.

Qualifications

• Admitted to the New York and/or Delaware Bar.
• Experience in prosecuting or defending complex litigation.
• Knowledge of Delaware corporate law and breach of fiduciary duty litigation.
• Strong financial literacy.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
• Desire to represent investors rather than corporations.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
