Job summary

Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP (BLB&G) seeks an entrepreneurial Associate for its Corporate Governance litigation practice. You will represent investors and pursue governance reforms at public companies to increase transparency and accountability.

The role demands experience in complex stockholder or fiduciary-duty litigation, familiarity with Delaware law, and a track record of working with senior attorneys.

Qualifications

• JD required; 2019–2025 graduate, possibility to deviate slightly for an exceptional candidate.
• Admitted to the Delaware Bar preferred, but open to candidates admitted elsewhere.
• Meaningful experience in complex stockholder or corporate litigation or Delaware corporate law/breach of fiduciary duty litigation.
• Clerkship at Delaware Chancery Court or Delaware Supreme Court preferred.
• Understanding of corporate capital structure and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Represent investors in corporate governance litigation and work toward governance reforms.
• Help increase market transparency and hold wrongdoers accountable.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers on multiple complex cases across jurisdictions.
