Job summary

Enterprise Technology Research (ETR) is seeking a Research Analyst to join our Analytics team. This remote-friendly role blends data analysis with narrative research for an investor audience, reporting to the head of Analytics.

Qualifications

Experience in financial markets or investor-facing research.
Technology-sector knowledge to analyze enterprise software, hardware, cloud, IT services, or semiconductors.
Strong survey design skills to craft unbiased questions and logical flows.
Excellent analytical writing translating data into investor-ready narrative.
Proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing and reporting.

Responsibilities

Stay on top of client interests and market news to shape survey design.
Design surveys end to end from objectives to questionnaire structure.
Write narrative research reports for an investor audience explaining what happens and why it matters.
Build with modern tooling including Python, SQL, and LLM-based workflows.
