Qualifications

• 1–3 years running investor or customer support operations in a regulated environment.
• Experience in a retail investment platform, transfer agent, or consumer fintech.
• Proven track record of converting repeat support volume into efficient systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide email support for self‑directed investors across various channels.
• Manage investor onboarding and compliance intake escalations.
• Build and maintain automated support systems and self-serve content.
• Coordinate with Compliance and fund administrator for communications.
• Maintain CRM and ensure investor record accuracy.
