Fitch Ratings is seeking a Senior Market Research Associate in the BRM group in New York to support investor coverage and strategic outreach. You will work with senior team members across banker, issuer, investor, and product teams to advance relationships and new ratings opportunities.

Qualifications

• College degree in business, finance or economics.
• 2-4 years in leveraged finance, CLOs, high yield or capital markets.
• Client-facing experience and relationship-building skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Assist senior team in developing relationships across strategic investor accounts.
• Support outreach to CLO managers and investor firms to drive ratings mandates.
• Prepare pitch books, marketing materials and case studies for opportunities.
• Run pipeline and market share reports to provide strategic insights.
• Attend client meetings and coordinate outreach across BRM teams.
• Develop institution-specific knowledge of accounts and maintain touchpoint records.
