Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in financial services, with a focus on credit and debt.
• Background in credit analytics with Python and SQL.
• Experience with large datasets, Databricks, Redshift, DBT, and BI tools.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own the credit performance narrative for the HELOC portfolio, including arrears, roll rates, vintages, and calibration.
• Deliver recurring performance reporting: yield, default, and prepayment insights.
• Develop AI-powered credit intelligence infrastructure with data pipelines and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Machine Learning, Product, Engineering, and Finance to align on metrics and forecasts.
• Mentor team members and foster data-driven excellence.
