Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years in Finance, Accounting, or related role.
• 3+ years in both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support analytical reporting for Public and Private Markets portfolios at portfolio and fund levels.
• Monitor economic, political, and investment trends and share insights.
• Prepare subscription documents and letters of direction to banking partners.
• Follow due diligence, documentation, and record retention procedures.
• Collaborate within a team and report to the Managing Director of Investments.
• Work a hybrid schedule: on-site Tue–Thu with optional remote Mondays and Fridays.

Job description

• Support analytical reporting for Public and Private Markets portfolios, including performance, attribution, characteristics, and cash flows at portfolio and fund levels
• Monitor global economic, political, and investment trends and contribute insights to staff discussions and asset class reviews
• Support new and additional fund commitments by preparing subscription documents and letters of direction to banking partners
• Follow procedures for Public and Private Markets documentation, due diligence, and record retention
• Collaborate within a team environment and report to the Managing Director of Investments
• Work a hybrid schedule, currently Tuesday–Thursday on-site with optional remote work Mondays and Fridays

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related role
• 3+ years of experience in both quantitative and qualitative analysis
• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
• U.S. Person required to meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
