Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior manager research experience.
• CFA, CAIA, CIMA, CIPM.
• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to combine investment knowledge and technical expertise to produce effective results.
• Experience with analytical software to analyze investments (Excel, Access, FactSet, Morningstar Direct).
• Experience managing professional relationship with third party institutions.
• Attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Improve existing analytical tools, models and processes.
• Conduct comprehensive investment research, analysis and manager selection for assigned product lines using qualitative and quantitative techniques.
• Provide back-up coverage for assigned asset classes or independent coverage of smaller asset categories.
• Conduct general securities analysis and support when needed.
• Communicate regularly with external partners regarding product performance, due diligence and operational issues.
• Act as a subject matter expert on medium-scale, cross-organizational projects.
• Support search and selection related to maintenance of the U.S. Growth Equity category.
