Investure, based in Charlottesville, VA, is seeking a Senior Reporting & Analytics professional to support high-volume portfolio reporting for clients and the Investment Team. You will work on performance analytics, data accuracy, and internal reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The role emphasizes curiosity, accuracy, teamwork, and continuous improvement in quantitative skills, with an in-office base and Friday remote option; visa sponsorship is not offered.
This professional will be a core member of Investure’s Reporting & Analytics Team. Reporting to the Chief Data Officer or other senior member of the group, this role will be primarily responsible for supporting a high volume of recurring reporting and a diverse set of performance analytics crucial for both Investure’s clients and Investment Team. Investure manages a complex multi-asset portfolio and this person will (i) contribute to the creation and review of performance analytics in a variety of reports delivered to clients regularly, (ii) support ongoing work on portfolio analytics for internal use and for client reporting, (iii) work with various datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability of analysis prepared by the team, (iv) collaborate with internal teams on new analytics, and (v) continue to learn analytical skills to support the team’s mission of data accuracy and best in class portfolio analytics.
The ideal candidate should possess a natural curiosity, a commitment to accuracy, and a passion for collaborating as a team to deliver a high volume of reporting. This individual will also demonstrate a strong work ethic, have high attention to detail, have strong project management skills, thrive in executing predictable recurring workstreams, be willing to continuously improve quantitative abilities, and have an interest in financial markets. Cultural fit, humility, and maturity are imperative.
This is a full-time position with an anticipated starting annual base salary range of $120,000 - $130,000 at the time of this posting. Annual salary is a part of Investure’s overall compensation and benefits package; full-time positions are typically eligible for discretionary components including merit-based performance bonus, portfolio bonus (based on firm performance), and employer 401k contribution, among other benefits such as group health insurance. The annual base salary range for this position is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in determining base salary include (but are not limited to) position responsibilities, individual education/qualifications, general and role-specific experience, knowledge, skills and other abilities, as well as internal equity, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
The position is based in-office with a remote option on Fridays.
