Job summary

LPL Financial LLC is seeking a Summer 2027 Investment Transition Partner intern in Fort Mill, SC. The role offers a hybrid schedule (2–3 days in office) and aims to reduce onboarding time for advisors while delivering strong client experiences.

The intern will work with Transition Support Partners on Investment Mapping and Advisory platforms, assist with onboarding, and contribute to problem structuring, analyses, and presentations.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
• Interest in the financial services industry.
• Offer is contingent upon successful background screening.
• Must be local to the Fort Mill/Charlotte area or San Diego area and able to work a hybrid schedule (2–3 days in office).

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to the financial services industry by supporting Investment Mapping and Advisory platforms.
• Contribute to project workstreams, including scoping, analysis, research, and presentations.
• Assist onboarding and transition activities to enhance advisor and client experiences.
