You will translate strategy into concrete talent initiatives, build practical frameworks, and own end-to-end processes from design to execution, collaborating across investor and partner teams to drive impact.

You will research, synthesize data, and develop initial recommendations while maintaining discretion and professional standards in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
