Organization and execution. Manages multiple priorities, maintains attention to detail, and follows work through from initial analysis to implementation and ongoing ownership.
Process design and improvement. Translates ideas into practical, repeatable processes with clear ownership and handoffs, and refines them based on feedback and experience.
Clear communication and collaboration. Expresses ideas succinctly, explains the reasoning behind recommendations, and works effectively with colleagues across functions and levels.
Receptiveness to feedback. Incorporates direction thoughtfully, adapts their approach, and uses feedback to deepen their understanding of the intended outcome.
