Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A experience or equivalent in dynamic finance roles
• Deep experience deriving insights from analysis and presenting to executives
• Strong understanding of investment management and resource planning
• Experience leading strategic or business performance initiatives
• Self-starter with ability to manage projects with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to translate business results into concise leadership storytelling
• Ability to work independently in a cross-functional matrix
• Advanced Excel financial modeling and analytical skills
• MBA or CFA preferred

Responsibilities

• Consolidate Accelerating Functions results across ~10 Intuit Executives and deliver data-driven insights
• Lead 1- and 3-year strategic planning, resource planning, and investment prioritization
• Manage end-to-end budget processes and present to executives to influence decisions
• Conduct analyses delivering insights to improve efficiency and growth
• Create executive presentations for CFO, CAO, CMO, CRO and senior staff
• Collaborate with senior tech leaders to anticipate resource needs
• Drive strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams
• Provide financial leadership for technology investment strategies
• Lead design and improvement of financial and operating processes
• Communicate a clear case for change and build shared vision across the organization
