Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A experience in a dynamic finance environment.
• Ability to translate analysis into concise executive storytelling and presentations.
• Strong investment management and resource planning experience.
• Experience leading strategic or business performance initiatives and/or organizational change initiatives.
• Self-starter with a desire to learn and excel; able to manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Trusted business partner delivering operational excellence and insights.
• Proficient in Excel financial modeling and analytics.
• MBA or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end budget management for Technology executives and deliver executive storytelling to influence decisions.
• Lead forecasting, resource planning, and financial management for Technology investments.
• Lead Technology headcount forecasting in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with senior technology leaders to anticipate and manage resource needs and initiatives.
• Develop data-driven insights to promote outcomes that accelerate growth.
• Drive strategic initiatives with senior business and finance leaders to achieve critical outcomes.
• Act as a thought partner to drive change and financial leadership in technology investments.
• Lead design and improvement of financial and operational processes to meet commitments.
