Qualificações

• Five years experience in the Financial Services industry or client services preferred.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• CFA or CFP preferred.
• This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC).

Responsabilidades

• Advises clients on asset allocation, portfolio construction, and fund selection decisions.
• Consults with clients to develop or adapt investment policy statements.
• Conducts investment reviews and shares findings and recommendations with clients and related governing bodies.
• Collaborates with internal partners to develop and deliver targeted client strategies, ensure a cohesive client experience, and maximize adoption and effective application of Vanguard services.
• Maintains an in-depth understanding of the investment industry and client industries, market conditions and competition, and compliance, regulatory, and departmental policies and procedures.
• Serves as a go-to investment resource for internal partners.
• Leads initiatives that enhance Vanguard's transition consulting capabilities, operating infrastructure, and client offering.
• Manages cross-functional projects that improve processes, tools, scalability, risk management, and client outcomes.
• May serve as a mentor, role model, and technical resource for more junior crew members.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
