Vanguard Charitable is seeking a Senior Analyst: Complex Assets & Investments who will evaluate, execute, and support complex asset contributions and investment activities under the Head of Investments. The role partners with donors, internal teams and external partners to ensure fiduciary and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, plus experience with illiquid assets and portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with complex and illiquid asset structures.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate complex asset contributions across private stock, private equity, hedge funds, and other non-cash assets.
• Coordinate transaction execution, including negotiations, structuring, approvals, and transfer mechanics.
• Support portfolio management of held and off-menu assets and monitor liquidity and risk exposure.
• Prepare reporting and analyses for leadership and investment governance bodies.
