Job summary

Choreo in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Investment Strategy Group Analyst to support the firm’s investment outlook, portfolio strategy, and macroeconomic insights. You will work with senior investment professionals and advisors on client-facing and internal initiatives, researching markets, assets, and policy developments to inform strategy.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance/Economics/Statistics, 5–10 years of relevant experience, and strong quantitative and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in investment research, strategy, asset management, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, asset classes, and macroeconomic concepts.
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to YCharts is a plus.
• Ability to efficiently analyze data, augmented with AI tooling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for broad audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Research macroeconomic data, financial markets, and asset class performance to support investment strategy decisions.
• Monitor market trends, policy developments, and geopolitical events to assess investment impacts.
• Manage due diligence records for funds and managers.
• Support development and maintenance of strategic asset allocation models.
• Prepare investment proposals for clients and prospects, and assist with calls.
