We are determined to support both individuals and communities in reaching a better financial future. We know that reaching this future depends on our actions today.

Like our Purpose Statement, Voya believes in being bold and committed to action. We believe that our employees own our culture and have a responsibility to foster an environment where we all feel comfortable bringing our whole selves to work. Purposefully bringing our differences together to positively influence our culture, serve our clients and enrich our communities is essential to our vision.

  • Reviewing corporate action and security lending activity and recalls.
  • Assemble and process research materials and account holdings in preparation for voting analysis and vote execution.
  • Ensure accounts and ballots are voted accurately, in accordance with the proxy voting policy, and before applicable meeting cut-off dates, including engaging with investment analysts for vote recommendations, as needed.
  • Assist in the development of quarterly and ad-hoc materials for the proxy voting committees and mutual fund boards of directors.
  • Collaborate with the broader Responsible Investment and Thematic Research team to improve processes, research companies, source relevant data, and offer support on relevant projects.
  • Work with client service, compliance, and the RFP team to respond to active ownership-related client inquiries, reporting requests, and requests for activity and outcomes.
Minimum Knowledge & Experience
  • An undergraduate degree in business finance, economics, sustainability or another relevant field or equivalent experience such as investment stewardship, public policy, equity research and analysis, financial services, or specialized client-facing roles.
