Signature Estate & Investment Advisors, LLC seeks an Associate to support the Investment Solutions Group with research informing proprietary products and non-discretionary offerings. Based in our Los Angeles home office, you will contribute to portfolio design and investment recommendations while assisting with analysis of stocks, funds, and alternative investments.

This part-time role (8–16 hours per week) is ideal for an undergraduate junior or senior seeking hands-on experience through Spring

Qualifications

• Undergraduate junior or senior student, able to confirm school enrollment as requested.

Responsabilités

• Analyze portfolios for existing and prospective clients and assist in generating investment proposals.
• Assist with maintaining and updating a variety of investment analytical tools used to inform portfolio construction and investment decision‑making.
• Support ongoing research initiatives evaluating investments for potential inclusion in firm platforms and strategies.
• Monitor global economic trends and financial markets and assist with macroeconomic, thematic, and individual security research projects.
• Perform data entry and analysis in eMoney to evaluate net worth, cash flow, income tax, and estate flow, and to build goal-based scenarios.
• Upload tax return documents to Holistiplan and provide tax insights through our Tax Summary report; produce Roth conversion and tax scenarios using Scenario Builder.
• Collaborate with our seasoned planners in Luminary to analyze estate documents such as trusts and wills, and to summarize clients’ estate structure, including trustee chain, distribution flows, beneficiaries, and provisions held.
• Bridge investment knowledge with planning during case design, including asset location, tax strategy, risk, growth assumptions, and asset allocation.
