City National Bank is seeking an Investment Services Associate in Los Angeles to support investment administration, portfolio reporting, and client service across managed agency accounts. The role collaborates with Managers, portfolio teams, and advisors to deliver high quality service and ensure regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or have equivalent experience, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related area preferred, or equivalent 1 to 3 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage investment administration tasks including fund transfers, wires, checks, and ACH.
• Prepare client portfolio reviews and custom client reporting.
• Support annual confirmation of investment objectives and compliance reports.
• Maintain training and ensure compliance with OCC and internal standards.
