We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Investment Sales Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, commission-only position—a unique opportunity for someone who understands that the harder you work, the more you earn. Our first hire earned $1M within two years.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients, including property owners, investors, and operators in the senior living space.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and industry expertise.
• Market Research & Analysis: Stay up to date on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
