What You Should Expect:

Our in-depth training program prepares new team members to become experts in commercial real estate sales. Our hands-on training will teach you from A to Z how to build a career in commercial real estate sales. Essential Functions:

• Use proprietary and industry systems and resources to find and validate property owners, research competitors, and identify new leads and projects.
• Relentlessly call property owners regarding their commercial real estate assets.
• Be confident and comfortable with 100+ cold calls per day to property owners.
• Maintain detailed records of activity on our proprietary CRM system.
• Utilize the company’s industry-leading tools, resources, and technology to win business and build relationships.
• Work closely with Sales Leaders and Mentors to curate an effective business plan.
• Actively participate in all trainings.
