Caisson Real Estate is seeking sales professionals for a paid training program in San Antonio, TX. Earn $3,000 per month for the first three months while you learn investment sales, with qualified leads and mentorship from market leaders. After the period, compensation becomes commission-only.

The role is full-time, on-site, and an independent contractor position. A Texas license is not required initially but must be obtained within three months.

Caisson Real Estate welcomes sales professionals from any industry. Earn $3,000 per month during your first three months while learning investment sales, with qualified leads, structured training, and mentorship from market leaders. After the starting period, compensation is commission-only.

What we provide

• $3,000 per month for your first three months, followed by commission-only compensation.

What you’ll do

Make prospecting calls, follow up with leads, build relationships with property owners and investors, and develop commercial investment sales opportunities.

What you bring

Sales experience, strong communication, initiative, coachability, and consistent follow-through. No prior commercial real estate experience is required.

A real estate license is not required to apply. Candidates without an active Texas real estate license must obtain one within their first three months.

Full-time commitment. On-site in San Antonio. Independent contractor role.
