Myers Home Buyers in Dallas–Fort Worth is hiring an Investment Sales Agent to work with our property inventory and buyer network. This role offers hands‑on deal experience and the opportunity to grow into acquisitions as you demonstrate your ability to close.

You’ll evaluate properties, manage the sales process from first contact through closing, negotiate terms, and maintain records while developing expertise in investment strategies and local market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Active Texas real estate license, or in the final stages of obtaining one.
• Based in, or able to work throughout, the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Willingness to initiate buyer conversations and work in a commission-based role.
• A serious interest in becoming a real estate investor!

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective buyers and maintain relationships with active investors.
• Present investment properties and discuss comparable sales, estimated repairs, and resale values.
• Schedule and conduct property walkthroughs.
• Negotiate terms and coordinate with parties involved in each transaction.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and deal progress.
• Develop knowledge of DFW neighborhoods and investment strategies.
