Based in Chamblee, GA, the position is 100% commission with uncapped earning potential. New agents can expect $60K–$80K in the first year; top performers surpass $100K+.

Qualifications

• Holds (or is actively pursuing) a Georgia real estate license.
• Comfortable with a 100% commission structure.
• Regular in-office availability at the Chamblee, GA location.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and eager to accept hands-on coaching.
• 100% Commission Only – new agents should realistically expect $60K–$80K in their first year; top producers exceed $100K+.
• Daily direct mentorship and access to proprietary deal flow.
• Professional development assistance and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Source off-market residential investment opportunities using comps and ARV metrics.
• Prospect homeowners, agents, wholesalers, and warm lead sources.
• Negotiate and secure property purchase contracts.
• Manage relationships with investors and match active deals to their buying criteria.
• Oversee the sales and closing process alongside title companies and inspectors.
