Qualifications

• Five+ years of related work experience required.
• At least 3 years in investment product analysis, data analytics or technical product management.
• Graduate degree preferred; CFA/CFP credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads product management for several technology products, including planning, development, and implementation.
• Provides data analysis and insight in support of PRD research and other strategic initiatives.
• Defines and analyzes business partner needs. Develops detailed product features and requirements and develops implementation plans.
• Identifies new sources of data, analyses, or tools that can support investment product development and competitive intelligence. Provides consultation and subject‑matter expertise on available data sources and how that data can be used to solve business partner needs.
• Collaborates with cross‑functional teams and IT partners to align solutions to business partner needs.
• Coaches product teams towards best practices and learnings. Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach, as necessary.
• Partners with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner and supports/drives escalations where required to enable rapid delivery.
• Employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve capabilities offered to business partners.
• Participates in and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
