Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in investment product or asset management.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; ability to distill complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and launch of new investment products across public and private markets.
• Maintain project plans, launch timelines, milestones and dependencies.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, operations, finance and distribution teams on registrations and fund documents.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and capture decisions for timely delivery.
• Conduct competitive and market research to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Prepare product overviews, talking points and launch updates for stakeholders.
• Support commercialization alongside Marketing and Sales, including RFP responses.
• Assist ongoing management of existing products, monitor performance and lifecycle changes.
