Job summary

SEI’s Investment Product Development team in Oaks, PA seeks an Associate to help take products from concept through regulatory approval, readiness, and launch across mutual funds, ETFs and other vehicles.

You will partner with legal, compliance, operations, distribution and marketing; manage project plans; conduct market research; and support commercialization and ongoing product management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (advanced degree, CFA, or progress toward designation is a plus)
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in investment product, asset management, fund operations, consulting, or related financial services role
• Working knowledge of investment products and vehicles
• Familiarity with regulatory and operational environment for registered products, including fund governance, distribution, and service provider models
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, ability to distill complex topics into clear, decision-ready materials
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end development and launch of new investment products across public and private markets, including business case development and go-to-market readiness
• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and surface risks and decisions
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, operations, finance, and distribution to advance registration statements and fund documents
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and meetings, capture decisions, drive follow-ups
• Conduct competitive and market research and translate findings into recommendations for product strategy
• Prepare product overviews, talking points, comparisons, and launch updates
• Support commercialization efforts with Marketing and Sales, including collateral review and RFP responses
• Contribute to ongoing management of existing products, including performance monitoring and lifecycle enhancements
