Cain Watters & Associates in Frisco, TX seeks an Investment Operations Specialist to coordinate, implement and maintain investment account openings and service requests. This role requires handling confidential information and collaborating with planning teams, custodians, and clients in person when needed.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of investment experience, exposure to alternative investments and donor-advised funds, and excellent communication and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• College degree in business-related field required.
• At least two years’ investment experience required.
• Experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Knowledge of alternative investments and donor-advised funds preferred.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
• Strong communication and detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process all new account paperwork for investment programs.
• Open and maintain client investment accounts and service requests.
• Coordinate with custodians and third-party providers.
• Process transfers, asset movements, and account changes.
• Manage same-day client requests and liaison with planning team.
• Troubleshoot account issues with internal and external teams.
• Coordinate with billing and performance reporting systems.
• Serve as onsite contact between clients, CWA, and custodians.

Skills

2+ years investment experience

Ultra-high-net-worth client support

Alternative Investment experience

Knowledge of qualified pension plans
