Job summary

Cain Watters & Associates, LLC in Frisco, TX is seeking an Investment Operations Specialist to coordinate and maintain investment account openings and service requests. This onsite role supports confidentiality of client information and interfaces with custodians and third-party providers.

The candidate will manage new accounts, service requests, and ongoing maintenance, while collaborating with planning teams and clients to resolve same-day requests.

Qualifications

• College degree in business-related field required.
• At least two years’ investment experience required with familiarity with investment concepts.
• Experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth clients within a financial operations environment.
• Alternative Investment experience required.
• Knowledge of qualified pension plans required.
• Familiarity with Donor Advised Funds preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience processing confidential/highly sensitive information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process all new account paperwork for CWA recommended investment programs.
• Manage opening accounts and process service requests for existing accounts.
• Maintain ongoing maintenance of accounts and handle closures.
• Serve as liaison between CWA, custodians, and third-party providers.
• Interact with planning teams and clients to handle same-day requests.
• Troubleshoot account issues with planning teams, custodians, and clients.
• Coordinate with internal record-keeping systems including billing and reporting.
• Communicate with clients in person and through various electronic methods.
• Ad hoc duties as required.
